The Stone Beach Residence is located in Qeparo area, positioned on the edge of the sea, in the bay of Skaloma.

Qeparo is located on the western slope of Mount Gjivlash, about 450 meters above sea level, and has as characteristic hundreds of year-old olives. To the east, Qeparo is bordered by the village Borsh, north of Kudhesi, west of the city of Himara, and south and southwest with the Ionian Sea. Part of Qeparo is also the Castle of Porto Palermo, a famous attraction tourist area.
